Von Cramm
Von Cramm Hall West Campus [map]
A Cooperative for undergraduate and graduate students.

With 32 members, the "Cramm" is the largest of the university-owned houses. We are a diverse group of graduate and undergraduate students with a wide range of backgrounds and interests. Our goal is to be a community that supports and enriches its members through thoughtful interaction, responsibility and generosity. At most times of the day, there are people around to engage in conversation or perhaps a game of pool. Often in winter, people are drawn to the fireplace in the living room, and when warm weather arrives they hang out in the back yard. The house provides parking (individually paid through Transportation Services), bike storage, and laundry facilities. Rent includes room, all utilities, full meal plan and laundry. Dinner time is always a pleasure and really brings Von Cramm together. The house provides dinner six nights a week and a Saturday brunch. Food for the remaining week is always available. Each member shares responsibility for cooking, cleaning, and house maintenance. Officers are elected by the members and regular house meetings are held to determine house policy. If you are interested, call us at 272-6131 or attend one of our Open Houses.
