This residential complex is a favorite of first-year and transfer students who want some independence, but also the convenience and support of on-campus living.

Each of the Townhouse Community's garden apartments includes a living room, a kitchen, and two double bedrooms; four students reside in each apartment. Some are two-story apartments and some are single story. The Townhouses recently were renovated with new carpet, kitchen flooring, paint, blinds, and drapes.

Residents have their own community-center building, which is a focal point of activities and programs, but they also are just across the street from Robert Purcell Community Center and have easy access to all of its facilities and services as well. The Townhouse program also includes a Facutly in Residence, and three Faculty Fellows.
