After being renovated during the summer of 2003, it is easy to see why residents of Mary Donlon Hall enjoy living in this residence hall. The hall has a fresh look for its residents. It is centrally located in North campus. It is close to Robert Purcell Community Center, Helen Newman Gym, tennis and basketball courts, and the North Campus Activity Center.

Mary Donlon Hall provides great opportunities for its residents. When looking for a place to study, students come down to the first floor to utilize the formal lounge, seating areas, and library. Besides a quiet place to study, the Mary Donlon Library also offers a vast collection of books and magazines for the students. When students want to relax they can take advantage of the theater-style multipurpose room, which features a big-screen television. Recently, residents have used this room for Dance-Dance-Revolution, Monday Night Football, movie nights, and many other events. Beyond the first floor, Mary Donlon Hall has five residential floors. The floor's unique triangular design offers a great space for residents to hang out and meet their fellow Cornellians.

Mary Donlon Hall also offers great leadership opportunities for its residents. Mary Donlon Hall has a very active Hall Council that organizes events ranging from Volleyball tournaments to Donlon's own version of the World Series of Poker. Residents also have the opportunity to serve on the Judicial Board. With all these things at your disposal, why wouldn't you want to live in Donlon?
