14 South Ave. West Campus [map]
A residence for undergraduate students.

Welcome to 14 South Ave., an intimate residential community on Cornell's west campus. 14 South Ave. is a part of the Gothics complex, which also includes Mennen, Lyon, Founders, and South Baker halls. The building has long corridors with rooms on either side and large lounges on each floor to promote social interaction; each floor is single-sex. The RA is responsible for the community development of the residence hall.

Programming in 14 South Ave. and the Gothics is varied to meet a wide range of student interest. Some annual events include fall trips to hike in the gorges, sea kayaking on Cayuga Lake, go-karting, a trip to the United Nations and to New York City museums, and an end-of-the-year barbecue. The Hall Council is the residential governance of 14 South Ave. Officers are elected from each residence hall early each fall, and gather throughout the academic year to organize and promote events for the entire community.
