• Available to single students: studio, 1-bedroom, and 1-bedroom-plus-study apartments for 1-person occupancy; and 2-bedroom, 3-bedroom, and 4-bedroom apartments for multiple students (buy-up option: for an additional fee, students may contract for exclusive use of 2 bedrooms in a 4-person apartment, with a private bathroom). • Located southeast of the Cornell campus (a 10-minute walk to campus), close to campus and a shopping plaza with a large grocery store, and served by bus routes and pedestrian/bike trails.
• All units are in one-story (one-floor) buildings around small courtyards, and are air-conditioned, carpeted, and furnished.
• A community center with a recreation area, study rooms, TV lounge, laundry facilities, administrative offices, and a Service Center.
• Opportunities for get-togethers, from ballroom dancing to table tennis tournaments, international dinners to video evenings with discussions, gardening to English as a Second Language classes. 
• Utilities included in the monthly rent.  Residents pay additional fees for long-distance phone service, and cable television.
